Let our customers communicate better

Are you a Teams Voice specialist or at least well on your way to becoming one? That makes us happy. We are looking for a Teams Voice Engineer who works with colleagues on the further development and maintenance of monitoring, automation and making the necessary call-related data available for reporting on Arxus's Shared SBC platform.

By continuing to improve and expand Cloud Voice with relevant solutions, you contribute to spotting and responding to the future needs of our customers. The onboarding and migration of new customers to our Cloud Voice solutions is also part of your tasks. So, who are you gonna call? Arxus, of course!

Decent hard and soft skills?

Would you like to come and talk? Then have at least 1 year of experience with telephony in combination with Microsoft Teams Voice/Skype 4 Business. Also show us that you have experience with Audiocodes.

Do you also have a broad knowledge of Teams Rooms, call conferencing, advanced webinars and Teams Governance? That is definitely a plus, as is being familiar with contact center solutions such as Tendfor. And to convince us even more, you should also dig up a relevant voice project you contributed to.
