Sales Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Position : Sales Admin Supervisor

Reporting to: Director & General Manager, Thailand

Location: Thailand


Job requirements:

Support sales team and technical team in all back office.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise admin team to ensure overall team deliverables
  • Review and manage orders – ensure order status i.e. expired orders, accurate delivery date.
  • Coordinator with customers for customer’s PO and other required document, delivery schedule, delivery performance, billing, and other on-site problems
  • Support Sales team in terms of document such as quotation, proposal to customers, goods returned, and other assigned issue.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and outsourced warehouse for documents, shipments, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with other internal divisions to achieve team’s goal
  • Prepare purchase Requisition (PR) and follow up PO with Supply Chain Officer
  • Prepare and follow up Sales Order (SO)
  • Check and update the product in-stock
  • Daily sales record update for sales team
  • Document control
  • Support all call-in customers
  • Attend company sales presentation or exhibition up assigned.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal functions and ensure that all quality system and procedure are followed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant certification
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in sales coordinator or customer
  • Good verbal and written (i.e. English)
  • Ideally underwent tertiary education in any field of studies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all level of employees.
  • Detail oriented and able to capture pieces of information effectively.
  • Effective time management and good sense of urgency.
