Accounts Receivable Specialist [Finland]


 

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to work together with Financial Service Centre and to be responsible for Accounts Receivable for our customers in Austria and Switzerland. The position is permanent.

Work tasks include:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Payment processing
  • Month-end closings
  • Back-up tasks for other AR colleagues

An AR specialist’s work includes processing bank statements, reporting and working with different systems. Also, the specialist cooperates with accountants and other teams (working abroad) to record transactions and process payments in a timely manner.

Your main location will be Vantaa but working partially remotely is possible.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting (eg. vocational qualification or bachelor’s degree in business)
  • Enthusiasm towards financial services and some previous experience in similar position
  • Basic-intermediate German. You will be supporting our internal customers in Central Europe mainly in writing
  • Proficiency in English, as our team is international, and our common working language is English
  • Knowledge in Finnish and/or Swedish are a plus
  • Experience in banking / finance systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. The usage of other Microsoft applications is a plus
