Part of the Sales team of Business Assurance Korea (Management Systems Certifications (MSC) and training, the Recertification Officer will report to the Sales Manager.
Responsible for driving the recertification of existing customers and clients through negotiation of price and other terms and conditions through management of business relationships;- In a proactive mode, approach targeted companies several months prior to expiry of certificates, identify and generate business opportunities in line with DNV services portfolio;
- Ensures accuracy and tagging of all sales quotes in the system per DNV guidelines, practices and procedures;
- In respect of DNV’s rules, prepare, submit and defend added-value proposals;
- Follow-up, negotiate and conclude business contracts to achieve individual targets;
- Sustain existing customers’ loyalty, deal with sales requests in coordination with other DNV departments;
- Take part in local communication actions (events, tradeshows, conferences, exhibitions, etc);
- Sustain existing customers’ loyalty, deal with sales inquiries, requests in coordination with other DNV departments;
- In relation with the area to cover, the expectation is that the incumbent shall be ready to travel in her/his dedicated geography if needed to reduce attrition during recertification.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience selling B2B solutions and services, preferred;
- Demonstrated experience in selling management and product certification services in the Certification industry, combined with an experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and Risk management will provide a real additional advantage to the candidate;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English;
- Strong interpersonal relationship capability, ability to work both remotely and with a team;
- Ability to approach and convince the decision makers by listening to their expectations, understanding their stakes and goals, offering adapted /innovative / value added solutions;
- Strongly business oriented, efficient, autonomous and accountable, with an entrepreneurship and strong market developer / business mindset;
- Strategic thinking, enthusiastic, dynamic, resilient, attention to details, open to change, flexible;
- Good at using Microsoft Office Applications;
