- Responsible for the tracking of overall sales operation-related documents via system/application support (SRN – Ultimus, sales data – BPIS/ Info BI)
- Assist in tracking through-the-line trade and marketing plans and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term commercial strategy
- Compile and assist in the analysis of market data and trends to identify key growth opportunities
- Assist in the dissemination of communication material to both internal staff and external parties
- Deal with cross-function to ensure the objectives and tasks assigned are complete.
- Dealing with the supply chain in trade promotion communication
- Prepare trade materials for the base business and new product launches
- Coordinate and liaise with the finance on the trade promotion claim process
- Provide operational support to sales in updating sales reports and orders
- Ensure the timely updates of A&P and Trade funds
- Coordinate Sales Return Notes for VC products
- Other ad-hoc arrangements as and when required

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
