- Purpose /Aim of Job:
Essential to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery of direct materials / stock items to site, in line with company policy and procedures.
Attributes And Skills
- Must be bilingual (English) and ability to write clear and precise correspondence
- Be able to learn ERP and other software packages.
- Must be proficient in EXCEL and WORD;
- Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and drive results for Supply Partners
Key Responsibilities
- Understands duties and responsibilites, has necessary job knowledge. Understands company mission/values, keeps job knowledge and training certifications current.
- Make sure all exemption items documents meet our exemption list to arrange the clearance under the exemption
- make sure all shipment prepared prior dispatched (Invoice , Packing List , Saber Requirements )
- Expedite all the purchase order (PO) up to deliver to site.
- Review the Bayan from Saudi Customs & process the payment and make sure the payments made as per the Customs/Freight invoices
- Complete a detailed of Freight cost benchmarking to reduce operating costs
- Reviews and analyses all pending orders in line with their delivery due date, and manages the planned delivery time to site
- Ensure that suppliers and forwarders meet their commitment in terms of providing management reports, daily, weekly or monthly as required on their part;
- Ensures that all reporting and information relating to the status of a particular item on an order is up to date and available;
- Report provides information on performance of supplier - actual delivery time against expected lead time
- Responsible for KPI reporting, and feedback to end users regarding orders
