  • Collection of service and maintenance charges and issuance of receipts.
  • Issue of the Purchase order and liaison with the accounts department on collection and payments.
  • Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, collection report, correspondences and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matter related to the maintenance and management of the property.
  • Assist in an issuance purchase order, capital acquisition request and letter of award.
  • Provide customer service to tenants and purchasers.
  • Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.
  • Processing and documentation all matter related to maintenance and management of the property and building maintenance system.
  • To assist Building Manager / Property Executive in any other task assign related to maintenance and management of the property.
