Job Description

  • Handle property documentations inc SnP, loan documents, approval documents and etc
  • Process sales booking
  • Support sales person to ensure smooth sales process
  • Proper document filing and recording
  • Prepare reports as and when necessary
  • Liase with purchaser, end financiers and solicitors to pertain to Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan documentations, billing and collections, credit control functions, etc.
  • Other ad hoc task by HOD/ PIC

Jobs Requirement

  • Minimum SPM certification
  • Proven related working experience
  • Posses own transport
  • Basic knowledge in property line
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
