The Maintenance Manager for Radiometer is responsible for supervising group of technicians, creating work schedules, repairing, register and maintain all production and non-production equipment, supervise external service providers, carrying about quality and safety level of production, spare parts management, reporting breakdowns and trends of breakdowns all equipment’s. Implementing software changes and construction changes in machines according to procedures. Position is closely related to production department.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Evaluates manufacturing equipment to identify potential machinery upgrades that could result in increased efficiency or quality.
Contact with many technologies as well as the implementation of new ones
Contact with many company sides in Europe and around world.
Possibility to participate in the process of development existing products and implementation of new products
Continuously develop leadership skills
The essential requirements of the job include:
Higher education; preferable mechanical, electrical engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry (maintenance manager, maintenance engineer, or similar)
Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing
Advanced knowledge about mechanical, pneumatical and electronical systems
Very good English level
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
3 years’ experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing industry
